For families

Everything you need before day one

Starting care is a big step. Here's how enrolment works, what's included, and the questions families ask us most.

How enrolment works

Four simple steps

  1. 1

    Book a tour

Walk the rooms, meet the educators and ask everything you want to ask.

  2. 2

    Submit an enrolment

We'll confirm availability for the days and age group you need.

  3. 3

    Orientation visits

Two short visits with you present, so the room feels familiar.

  4. 4

    First full day

Photos and updates through the day while your child settles in.

What are your fees?

Daily fees vary by centre and age group. Most families are eligible for the Child Care Subsidy, which is applied directly to your account. Call your centre for a current fee schedule.

Are meals included?

Yes. Breakfast, morning tea, a hot cooked lunch, afternoon tea and a late snack are prepared fresh on-site each day, including allergy-aware alternatives.

What should we pack?

A hat, a change of clothes (or two — we get muddy), bedding for rest, and any comfort item your child sleeps with. Nappies and wipes are supplied.

How will we hear about our child's day?

Daily photo updates, learning stories and observations are shared through our parent app, plus a face-to-face handover at pick-up.

Do you support children with additional needs?

Absolutely. We work with families, therapists and inclusion support to build a plan that fits your child.
