Strong Foundations for Life

The first two years of life are the most important for a child's brain development. Our Foundations Program provides a nurturing, individualised approach that supports each child's unique growth, development and wellbeing. Through responsive caregiving, sensory exploration, music, stories, language-rich interactions and play-based learning, our educators foster secure relationships while encouraging communication, curiosity and emotional regulation. These early experiences establish the strong foundations children need for future learning and success.

Building Independence

As children grow, our focus shifts towards developing independence and preparing them for Preschool. Educators support children to recognise 10 colours, shapes, letters and numbers, while encouraging important life skills such as toilet training, self-feeding, washing hands, putting on their own shoes and packing away after play. Children strengthen their fine motor skills through drawing, pencil control and cutting with scissors, while also learning to share, take turns, follow routines and build friendships. Each child works through our School Readiness Checklist, ensuring they have the confidence and foundational skills needed to transition successfully into Preschool.
